In order to apply for a place at Bournville Village Primary School, please complete the In-Year application below. If your child is attending another school, section 7 must completed by that school before submission. Please provide a copy of your child's birth certificate/passport and proof of address with the completed application form. Thank you.

My role as Admissions Ambassador involves processing In-Year applications and maintaining the school waiting list.
