Hello. My name is Tracy Baylay and I am the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) at Bournville Village Primary School. I am covering the maternity leave of the former SENDCo and I am at BVP until Easter 2023.  I am responsible for the day-to-day operation of our school's SEN policy, working in collaboration with the Inclusion Leader and senior leadership team.

-I help the headteacher and governing board determine the strategic development of the SEND policy.

-I advise staff about SEN strategy and provision.

-I work closely with staff, pupils, parents and local agencies. 

-I co-ordinate additional support for pupils with SEND and liaise with parents, teachers and other professionals who are involved with them.
