Meet the team!
What is PPA?
PPA stands for Planning, Preparation and Assessment. Each week, class teachers have some time out of class to plan and prepare lessons for the following week.
Who will be covering the class?
During this time, classes are taught by our PPA teachers:
Mrs Davies - French and Music
Miss Gillett - R.E. (Religious Education)
Mrs Darwood - Music
Mr Coley - P.E.
Mrs Tichley - P.E.
If your child has PPA in the afternoon, you may see us on the playground at home time dismissing the class.

PPA Award
What is the PPA award?
After each PPA morning/afternoon, the teachers will discuss which class consistently showed the BVP school values. We will be looking for classes who are listening well, following instructions, participating in lessons and using their manners!
On Friday mornings during the Values Assembly, the class who stood out to us the most will be awarded with the PPA certificate that week.
Mrs Davies and Miss Gillett keep a tally to see which class has the most certificates each term. At the end of the term they will be rewarded with a prize!
