During a period of self-isolation, it is important to keep our minds and bodies as healthy as possible.

Recommendations from health professionals include:

  • Implement a routine which includes engaging in healthy activities that you enjoy and find relaxing: exercise regularly, get some fresh air, keep regular sleep routines and eat healthily.
  • Stay connected, although this may be virtually, and maintain your social networks.
  • Seek information updates and practical guidance at specific times during the day from health professionals and WHO website to avoid a constant stream of news reports from a variety of sources which could be unreliable. ​​​​​​
